Find the opportunity to perform one wholly unexpected kind thing tomorrow and just do it. Observe what happens to your mood.

*Scientists have found that performing an act of kindness produces the single most reliable momentary increase in well-being of any exercise tested. Take away: Do it everyday as often as possible!
